Geding Goliath tells the story of the last days of the original AT&T before its purchase for scrap value by a competitor in 2005. Stark was a high ranking attorney for the company and was involved over the prior two decades in the various efforts to save the company. He goes through, naming names as he does, the four “Colossal Failures” that doomed the company.
